Explore Life Beyond Earth at Raleigh’s ‘Journey to Space’ Exhibit
Experience the wonders of space travel right here in Raleigh with hands-on activities, real artifacts, and more!
Ready to explore the final frontier? Journey to Space has touched down at the Museum of Natural Sciences from now until April 27, offering all aspiring astronauts the chance to experience life in orbit—minus the zero-gravity hair issues. Hop into a full-scale mock-up of the Destiny Lab on the ISS, check out real artifacts like Neil Armstrong’s helmet, and even try your hand at operating a robotic arm.
For museum members, enjoy unlimited free admission! For non-members, it’s $16 for adults and $12 for kids ages 3-12, with a $3 add-on for a 3D movie that’s out of this world. You can visit the museum Tuesday through Sunday, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with last entry at 4:00 pm.
This isn’t sponsored (don’t worry, we’d tell you). We just think space is super cool.
